Fees
Children at Bay Terrace has two daily rates:
$111 per day inclusive of nappies – Until your child begins toilet training and the nappy charge is removed.
$108 per day
Fees are inclusive of sunscreen.
Fees are calculated and invoiced each week, with Childcare Subsidy applied automatically (based on individual families eligibility). All fees are due two weeks in advance. Payment can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer or EFTPOS available in the service.
Enrolment Charge
When the enrollment has been processed a $65 fee will be charged.
Late payment
Please contact the Director if you are unable to meet the terms as outlined in your financial obligation. Children at Bay Terrace reserves the right to cease care for families more than 14 days in arrears.
Community Childcare INC. affiliation fee
A $10 annual affiliation fee will be charged to each families account in September.
Fee Subsidies
Your family may be eligible for Childcare Subsidy dependant on your household income and activities (working, volunteering, or studying). To determine your eligibility please follow the Childcare Subsidy link:

Cancellation of enrolment
Two-weeks notice is required for the cancellation of an enrolment, your child must also attend their last day in care in order to receive CCS.
